Rasavathi Trailer: The producers of Arjun Das’ new film “Rasavathi” released the trailer on Monday. Directed by Santhakumar, the movie features Tanya Ravichandran as the female lead. In addition to the trailer, the producers confirmed that the film is set to premiere in theaters on May 10.

The “Rasavathi” trailer portrays Arjun Das as a man with a violent streak and a secretive history, including time spent in prison. It depicts his romantic entanglements with two women, portrayed by Tanya Ravichandran and Reshma Venkatesh. Additionally, he appears to be in conflict with a police officer, played by Sujith Sankar.

Director Santhakumar, known for his work on “Mounaguru” and “Magamuni,” discussed his latest film “Rasavathi” in a recent interview with CE. He explained, “The core theme of this film is relationships. Unlike my first two films where romance was a minor element, ‘Rasavathi’ delves deeper into romance, exploring the complexities within relationships more extensively.

“Rasavathi” features a supporting cast that includes Ramya Subramanian, GM Sundar, Sujatha, and Rishikanth. The film’s technical team is led by cinematographer Saravanan Ilavarasu, music composer S Thaman, and editor VJ Sabu Joseph.
